As a practicing RN, Scribe-X founder Warren Johnson saw a need — healthcare providers were spending too much time entering data into a laptop and not enough quality time with their patients. Patients weren’t feeling heard and providers were losing money and losing quality after-work hours with their families. As a result, Scribe-X builds high-performing and customized medical scribe programs that enable health centers and clinics to reduce provider burnout while increasing revenue and reducing documentation burdens.

The challenge before us was to retain Scribe-X’s established trust in the industry while positioning it for growth and next-level professionalism. Through workshops that allowed us to tear the brand walls back to the studs, competitive analysis exercises and psychographic surveys, we uncovered untapped positioning and developed a new brand foundation. From industry-unique vibrant marketing materials to a reimagined iconic logo with a story to tell, Scribe-X is now positioned as the leader and innovator it was intended to be.
