Over the years, NWV had become a fixture in the Portland-area property management market. Research however, lead to the discovery of a unique, untapped Northwest offering — an end-to-end construction, development and property management package. The existing sister company’s branding, content and resulting websites did not make this connection for NWV’s customers clear.
We tackled this new business challenge by first building a solid brand foundation. An iconically Northwest logo plus a font system and color palette that communicates established trust and proprietary iconography that metaphorically illustrates the layering of the company’s experience and product offerings. With these foundational elements, we then built an immersive user experience, including a new, ultra user friendly website experience, presentation collateral, stationary package and in-office signage and graphics.
