Staffing companies abound, especially in the Pacific Northwest. However, few offer a medical-centric approach to connecting those looking to get take their first plunge into the healthcare industry with clinics and providers who were looking for help at an unprecedented rate.
In response to the demand, the company formerly known as Med-X sought to reposition their business approach and hired Brock/Adams to strategically create a new, inclusive name and accompanying new brand visuals, language and materials. The new name puts ownership back into the health clinics and positions MyTeam as a helpful expert in making the employee + employer connection. I created a new logo trademark that symbolically utilizes outstretched, linking arms and establishes the company’s vibrant new color palette and font system. I then developed an entire brand package that included a new website, social media branding, email campaigns and exhibit experience.
